Returning for its second consecutive year to Seattle Art Fair, The Copper Wolf presents Spectacle & Sacraments, an exhibition of contemporary symbolic painting.
Through visual allegory and layered narrative, featured artists Danny Gordo and Aimee Schreiber examine themes of performance and hunger. Danny's new figurative works explore how the sacred becomes performative in the face of overwhelming distraction. Aimee draws on natural elements and devotional imagery to investigate sustenance in its many forms.
Based in Tumwater, WA, The Copper Wolf is a hybrid art gallery and tattoo studio known for its curated exhibitions and distinct approach to contemporary symbolism.

Aimee Schreiber is an artist, poet, and The Copper Wolf gallery director in Tumwater, Washington. She creates symbolic paintings of moths to explore the ineffable. Drawn to their intricate patterns, otherworldly colors, and evocative symbolism, she often elevates her small subjects with gold halos and dramatic scale to invite viewers into the unseen realms both outside and within themselves.

To Nurture, Aimee Schreiber, 2026
Working in open acrylics and gold leaf, Aimee creates intimate meditations on transformation, impermanence, and connection. Rooted in the visual language of nature and medieval iconography, each composition functions as a portal into the fleeting, cyclic beauty of life.
