Refund policy

No returns. All paintings, prints and products are final sale. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so please contact us with any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

Sizing 
As a small gallery that prints when you order, we're unable to issue a refund or exchange if you've ordered a painting or print that is the wrong size for your space. All dimensions are listed in each product page, so please measure your space before ordering. If you need help visualizing the art in your space, we're happy to create a complimentary mockup for you if you email a photo of your room to hello@thecopperwolf.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the issue, it may take up to 3 weeks to process.
