Artist Statement:

I made this painting because I really like nature. I grew up hiking Mount Rainier with my family. We like to go camping up near Leavenworth and we have been doing it for over 100 years.

Sydney is 11 years. Her favorite medium is acrylic on canvas, but she is most skilled at drawing. Sydney likes nature and platypus are her favorite animal.
