About the Artist:
Mikaila is a Seattle born and raised artist, story teller, educator, and interior designer who loves all forms of art. She is passionate about finding beauty in all things and experimenting with different art medias. Mikaila was a finalist for Story Oly in 2023. She is currently a literature and writing teacher for middle school students at a school for Native children and lives in Lacey.
