Artist Statement:
This painting feels like a scene straight out of a fairy tale. Inspired by the delicate florals found in Art Nouveau, it weaves a dreamy tale of magical creatures and sleeping princesses.
About the Artist:
Born and raised in western Washington, Kenna has always been inspired by the beauty of the natural world, and she captures that through her colorful whimsical artwork. Creating mostly through watercolors and pen and ink, she draws from folk art styles to create intricate pieces. She has dedicated her career to conserving natural resources, and hopes that her work inspired others to deeply appreciate and protect the Earth.
