About the Artist:
Peggy Wilson grew up in Eastern Washington and has always had a love of nature. She lives in Lacey WA and works in multi mediums including Watercolor, Acrylics, and oils. She works in an impressionist to expressionistic style. Peggy enjoys plein air outings usually in the Thurston County area. She is inspired by landscapes and seascapes, nature, and interesting animals.
Peggy’s art has developed over the past 20 plus years living in Western Washington, studying with Bill McEnroe, Ned Mueller, and Stan Miller. Her artwork is currently represented by Childhood’s End Gallery in Olympia, and Trails End Gallery in Chewelah, WA. In the past she was represented at the State of the Arts Gallery in Olympia. She has been in multiple juried shows and received various awards for her work.
