Spring is a transitional time that invites us to contemplate balance and expansion in our lives as we release what is no longer needed, connect to the fertile springtime season and creatively express new intentions.
Recommended supplies: yoga mat, a small piece of paper, candle, fire-proof bowl (used candle jar), blank paper or canvas, pencil, acrylic paints. (any type of paints or art supplies you have on hand will work for this.)
About the Instructor:
Aimee Schreiber is a registered Hatha Yoga instructor, director of The Copper Wolf Art Gallery, and co-host of the Intentionists Podcast. She combines her love of seasonal magic with yoga and art in this special workshop.
