The other prefers the sea. We were told to pick one--that the middle point between the two is as dangerous and ineffective as a trip to Sacramento. Thus came the impetus for the canoe and our subsequent failed attempts.

A couple of artists and musicians, we have since found places where our true love meets. Working across traditional photography, letterpress, book arts, and alternative printmaking processes, their work investigates how identity and narrative take root through artifact, ritual, and repetition. Their projects often emerge as visual ethnographies of self and community, where the personal, the biological, and the familial intersect.

Follow on Instagram

Bea's Website

Cory's Website

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0264/4990/3713/files/Ambrose-Finch_Canoe-to-Sacramento-2026_f5b7916e-2cd0-4b1b-aebb-f3d4f0189d41.jpg?v=1782165852
